We sincerely apologize for recent shipping delays. If you’d like to receive a refund instead of your outstanding order(s), please submit a refund request in the below form. We can 100% guarantee that all orders, unless refunded, will be fulfilled. Refunds will be processed by Friday, January 24th, if requested. You will receive a refund confirmation email from our system when it is initiated.

We are working hard to catch up to our backlog. Additionally, we are delaying all subscription renewals until we have caught up to our backlog to give us time to catch up with all outsanding shipments.
